Senior Product Design Consultant with 8+ years of experience working on fintech and B2B SaaS products. I specialize in onboarding, internal tools and complex workflows, especially KYC and other compliance-heavy flows that directly impact conversion and operational efficiency.
I usually work end to end: defining goals with stakeholders, conducting research, mapping flows, prototyping, validating and designing the final UI, then helping teams ship and iterate.
